Welcome to Factor! These Terms of Use govern your use of the Factor mobile application and related services. By using Factor, you agree to these terms.
Factor is an AI-powered learning companion that provides educational tools including problem solving, language coaching, exam preparation, and topic explanations. Factor is intended to assist learning, not replace professional education.
You may use Factor as a guest or create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree to use Factor only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:
Factor uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, solutions, and educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. Factor is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional instruction.
Free Tier: Factor offers a free tier with limited daily actions and advertisements.
Pro Subscription: Factor Pro provides unlimited access, advanced AI models, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.
The Factor app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Factor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through the app.
We employ automated moderation to ensure the safety and appropriateness of interactions. We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Factor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Your use of Factor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Factor if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
